Referral Disclosure

How we are paid

Commercial Asbestos Survey may receive a fee or commission from the independent surveyors and contractors to whom we refer enquiries. This does not change the price you pay and you are not obliged to use any surveyor or contractor we introduce.

Independence

We aim to refer enquiries to surveyors who are independent of removal contractors, so that the survey is a neutral statement of what is there. If a surveyor or contractor we introduce is also connected to a removal business, they should tell you so.

Your choice

You can take the survey report to any contractor and obtain as many quotes as you like. You can end the conversation with a surveyor or contractor at any time before you sign a contract.
